We're here for you
Our specialised services serve a core population of 270,000 people in North Kent and Bexley, including over 45,000 adults aged 65 and above, offering a range of essential services including an Inpatient Ward, Hospice Care @ Home, Care Home Support Team and our Wellbeing Services.
Our Children’s services in Dartford, Gravesham, Swanley, and Bexley, cover a population of around 250,000. We provide clinical nursing support tailored to their needs, delivering care at their preferred location, often in their own homes. This approach ensures children receive personalised care in familiar surroundings. which can be crucial to parents caring for other children.
Wellbeing services
Our Wellbeing services are one of our most recognised and valued offerings. We provide comprehensive Respite and Wellbeing services, which include Play Therapy, Music Therapy, Counselling, Bereavement Support, and more. These services are designed to support the emotional and psychological well-being of both patients and their families, offering a holistic approach to care that addresses the needs of the whole person. By integrating therapies such as Play and Music Therapy alongside Counselling and Bereavement Support, we aim to enhance the quality of life for our patients and their loved ones, helping them find moments of joy and comfort during difficult times.

CQC Rating
All hospices and care providers are given a CQC rating, which reflects the level of care provided . This rates the quality of 5 key areas: safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness and leadership. At ellenor, we are proud of our CQC rating which reflects the efforts of our staff, from strategy planners, to carers, to cleaners.
